we are going to perth in october 2007 or september? not going to work for a few months so we can settle in with the kids. we are going to rent a house and might move up north of perth . anyone else doing the same?

We are off to Perth on 29th april so hopefully by the time you get there we'll be kind of settled. We are also hoping to rent in the north of perth and you'll all be welcome to visit us for a BBQ (if you do the cooking since I'm guff!!) and a drink or two!!!.

Wish I was at a point when I could say this is when we're going to Aus , Maybe 2008 or 2009 who knows all very much up in the air at present :scared:
And to top it all my sister has visa application papers in hand and beginning that process, will get there ages before me and indeed stole the idea from me . Possibly someone will sense the hint on envy lol

We leave on 30th January for Adelaide and things are going mad! Left everything to the last minute and now really wish I had been a little more organised!! Still sure we will get there in the end!!

I go on the 8th January, 6 days and counting

We fly to Oz on the 12th January. I can't beleive that after all the planning and waiting and stressing things are actually hapening now. TBH they're happening too fast .

We are going as soon as my husband gets a job. He only has to give about 2 weeks notice, and our house will sill within a month of listing it. So we can get there pretty quickly.

Ideally I'd love to leave at the end of March. We have a wedding we'd love to go to around mid March. So it would be great to leave after that.

I'm so anxious to go but we want to have a job lined up to go to if possible.

we are going 24th september 07, heading to brisbane, i am a nurse, hubby is a fitter, we have two children 4 and 19 months. Have already sold house, we are in rented and have our visa's, we are waiting til september as we have wedding we dont want to miss!

1st Feb for me via Dubai to Perth. Even turned a job down in Melbourne as I want to try Perth first.

I''m off to Perth on Friday!! OMG!! I have secured an apartment in West Perth and start my new job at the end of the month!!

We're off to Perth by/in August, hopefully. House will go on the market at the end of March and as soon as it's sold we're off.

We're going to the Hunter Valley in early April this year. Three months left to get everything sorted, :scared: !

We are hoping that we might make it out there by the end of the year but we don't have the visa application in yet so it could well be longer than that.
