when does CDR assessment stage start?
Dear Friends;
I have a problem with my CDR assessment. my cdr was received by IEAUST on 12th January 2004 but, they have not charged my credit card for assessment fee up to now?
does anybody know what that means? is this normal? I wonder when they will charge my credit card, after or before the assessment stage? any answer appreciated.
