Yes I'm pretty settled; I love the wet tropics and feel cold when I wander anywhere south of the Tropic of Capricorn these days. I was staying with friends in Maroochydore in July and went to the GC for the day; practically wandered past Moneypen's door at one point without knowing it! She told me later after seeing my pics on Facebook.
Also stayed in the Glasshouse Mts, mostly birdwatching and practically froze to death under two doonas! Beautiful place though.

20 degrees and sunny in Orange today.
