I think it has a bit....but there's no doubt that the sun stings here when it shouldn't. Spent a November day at 15C and fairly thick cloud outside all day and got badly burned.

Tmeature today is 7 deg but feels colder. There's a stong breeze but not too windy, but it keeps trying to rain. Its 17:15 here and the lights are on already as its too dark indoors.
