After a dive we had a picnic on the beach with some friends and a few beers.
Thats what I love about austalia.
How about you lot?

Happy Birthday for last Sunday

Yeah, a dive off shelly is good. It's so accessible and rewarding for so little effort. We are down there most weekends for a snorkel, it's a 20 minute walk. I'm also happy to tell people back home that I get home from work in daylight, and can be hitting the surf within 10 minutes. Bear in mind that I am a lazy sod who never does any exercise, and for me to show this much enthusiasm it must be good.

Usually I would say I love how blue the sky is here, unfortunately haven't seen much of it recently! Blokey says he arranged for the bad weather to cheer me up, make it feel more like an English Christmas..... silly boy forgot to order snow though

Ain't life great!
If you fancy meeting up for a dive or a drink let us know. We are also there or thereabouts most weekends. We saw a weedy sea dragon the other day, very cool to see! on monday we went there also and a couple of people said there were whales near the beach, breaching! That would of been a bit of a shock if one of those landed next to you on a dive

They have had to open the gates to the local Leslie Harrison Dam, as it is at its limit, and would overflow otherwise. No water shortage now

Average rainfall for Redlands for the whole month of December is: 137mm
First 8 days of rain in December 2004 = 174.7mm

It's a wet month this year !!
