Whats the process when taking a Rabbit to OZ?
The missus just looks at Shnuggles , yes its real name , and can't bear not to take her ( don't be fooled by the cute name , it's be known to kill ) .
So is it a case of a free last supper before we leave , disguised in a lovely chicken pie for all - or how much are we looking at for the process .

AFAIK you cant bring in rabbits unless you are coming from NZ http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/cat-dogs/other
You cant even have them as pets in Qld

AFAIK you cant bring in rabbits unless you are coming from NZ http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/cat-dogs/other
You cant even have them as pets in Qld

She was very upset when she found they are not sold here (just NSW or the whole of Australia?).
They ended up with a golden labrador called Milly May instead.

I think it's the same with hamsters, my grand-daughter was determined she wanted one for her birthday, a golden hamster and she was to be called Milly May
