Partly due to the fact I'd never used a forum before so hadn't got a clue about nicknames..doh!!
Saying that though...it's a heck of a lot better than what my married name should be , if I'd decided to lumber myself with hubbies surname....which is Tracey!!
Tracey Tracey huh....so good they named it twice!!!!!

Mine is because we are a family and I always try to post pleasantly. These days.
Well, I do try.
And old Don Pleasence was everybody's favourite once upon a time. Here I am again:

Just thought it would be a good idea to find out what all the user names mean, I know a lot are obvious but some are quite strange. So what does your name stand for.
Mine is because my 18 year old son loves the terminator films and calls himself the Ovenater when on the football pitch and also when pulling in nightclubs(sad I know)
Our last name is Ovens so it sort of fits.
Sorry if this has already been done but a lot of new names are about so may be interesting

That is a real let down, we really though you had a great name for someone who hates cooking.

Hub is Steve,
I am Leigh.
We are together - hence the 'and'.

( This is also the first forum I have ever used, so didn't have a clue about nicknames. )

Nobby is a common nickname for people who have a last name of Clark.
I wanted to be just a simple plain old Nobby, but the forum wouldn't let me (guess that someone else snuck in there before me)
I am currently living in Essex, so my second option was "EssexNobby"
