I used to live in Richmond in Melbourne, moved back to the UK and am now returning back to Melbourne but have been priced out of the market in suburbs near the CBD - what's it like living in Geelong? Houses look good value but do you get that Melbourne suburbs feel of cafe lifestyle etc?

Consider Geelong West, close to Pakington Street (aka Pako to us locals).

Also, a relatively short walk to Geelong's main rail station.

Best regards.
