Silky Chicken

What a week we're having, we should have exchanged a couple of weeks back, but the peeps at the bottom of the chain (4) didn't apply for their searches til late on and they only got them back yesterday. We've had to confirm with the shippers as otherwise we'll loose the date (24/25th July), otherwise they say they can't fit us in until the end of August as it's gone nuts out there. Just spoken to Airpets who've advised that permits are on a go slow and Sydney quarantine is not taking any more bookings as some numpty inadvertently knocked down the cattery block when they should have been building more!!! So that now means we have to send them to Melbourne (8/9 hrs from us each way!), but they are fully booked until end August (we were planning on us all flying out on 21st August), we can't book them a place in quarantine without the flight number or more importantly permits, so they may be stuck here until sometime in September and now the exchange rate seems to be going down rather fast too!

We need some good Karma me thinks!
