What Timing !!
Lodged visa application (agent) 19th June. Sold house and exchanged contracts 11 July. Moved into rented apartment 12 July. Completed house sale 25th July. Agent notified this morning(30th July) that visa granted and to send them our passports . This is all going so very well at the moment . Fingers crossed we can maintain this momentum !!! Aim to be in Sydney end of year.
Will be seeking lots of advice from you guys now we suspect

Bloody well done Carol and Barry.
Things are going soooooo well - hope it carries on. Our Visa application is also in, we are going family sponsored, hope ours is as quick. When were you asked for medicals & police checks? We are having a spot of bother finding somewhere to rent though. Anybody any ideas for the Poole (Dorset) area. Children and dog proving to be a sticking point. I offered to get rid if the kids to one agent but she didn't see the funny side!!!!!
Flats & two beds are out. Not big enough.
