what r the imp things to do after reaching aus
i got my pr last month and going to oz to validate my visa. so what r the imp things to be done after reaching australia? any paper work or any other formalities?

Not unless you are eligible for the family benefit payment or something similar. Many of us have been in Australia for years and never been near Centrelink.
