Default what qualifies as "work experience"

Hi,

i would like to know what qualifies for the 3-out-of-4 years / 1-out-of-18 months recent work experience.
I has to be fultime - right ?
Do you have to receive a minimum wage ?
What if you worked as "visiting academic" or Student with a occupational trainee visa ?

thanks

Hi There,
The 12 in 18 months rule applies to a profession on the skills in demand list and you have to have worked a minimum of 20 hrs a week in your nominated profession. I,'m not too sure about professions not on the list.
Hope this helps
