Put the house on the market yesterday and guess what arrived in the post this morning......?

hope you get you house sold quick enough. How long do you get to validate your visa ? Estate agents have been telling me a sale can take 3 -6 months in the current market

Hi there we have got a temp 4 year business visa and we are planning to be out in Richmond NSW by July. This is so long as we manage to sell our house first, not sure how we are going to be able to afford it otherwise! Sounds like there are a lot of us in the same boat.
