Hi all,
What if.............I had a police record BUT it was from 15 years ago? Would this have to be declared on the police checks form? or is it just the last 10 years that count?
Thanks for any help.
Regards,
Rachel & Paul

If it was me I would apply for my police check now and see what comes up, if it comes back clear don't declare it, then when you get the meds an police requests get another one done, afterall there is no limit on the amount of Police checks you can get done, and its gonna be £10 well spent by the sounds of things. They only take about 3 weeks to come through so there won't be a massive delay to the application.

Hi Rachel & Paul
you have to declare all of your criminal history but they only take into account the last ten years when you get you police checks back they will go back to the beginning of time lol
as long as you have not been in prison for over 12 months you should be ok
