What has been the cheapest flight ever?
I have been checking some recent deals and the cheapest i have seen for a single fare to perth is £380.
Has anyone found any good bargains for a single adult fare?
Just curious.
We would like (Ideally but may well not happen) to go late Sept/early Oct.
I am interested to hear of anyone who has found some good flight deals.

I've just been looking on the Asda website for you as they do flights now.
I put in 1st October o/w to Perth and it came up with Royal Brunei Airlines for a total cost of £373 per person.

Ive got two sets
The other two went missing.
One set is in Sydney now and the other in my file.
Are you excited about moving to Oz? In one thread you didnt seem so certain about leaving.

I'm really not sure anymore. As you know my aunt (my sponsor) died a couple of weeks ago. We were so close although we've lived on opposite sides of the world for donkeys years, and I was really looking forward to spending quality time with her.
Also my marriage is not good at the moment. (Long story, won't bore you with it ).
I've got a part time job which I love, I love my house etc., etc., etc.,
To cut it short, if, for whatever reason, they say we can't have a visa (which they won't), no problem as far as I'm concerned.
Problem is the kids and hubby are desperate to go and I can't let them down.

I was getting £345 return with Cathay coming up when I searched at the start of this year - cheapest now is in the 500 quid mark.

Brunei are cheaper - NO ALCOHOL :scared: unless you take your own (see other thread running at present) also older planes and more stops. Not sure what they'd be like for kids as I don't think they have games.
Airtours or someone like that churn out flights sometimes for about £150-200 - be careful, they really are what you pay for.

I paid £173 one-way LHR->SYD in 2001 with JAL.
