Plenty of good substitute curry restaurants here - when you find them.
I really DESPERATELY miss traditional East End of London Pie & Mash covered in the green stuff. Simply no substitutes anywhere else

I agree, a really good amazingly hot curry. A phal or hotter would be nice. I have found a great curry place here in Fitzroy, Melbourne. The range is great but not quite as hot as I like.

Yeah - I like the curries that have you trying to scratch while no-one is watching, and wriggling in your chair all the next day.

I really miss going to watch the football - not soccer, football the game you play with your FEET - or at least watching it live on sky at a proper hour not 1 in the morning
Like the rest of you i miss my curry, the local Indian restaurant give me a leaving card I was that much of a good customer, I bet their profits have took a dip since I left.
Another thing i miss is good BBC and ITV progs. Good original programs, dramas and comedy's, Aus TV is really bad, really really bad.
Anyone got a recipe for a good curry?
