Finally, we've got an offer on the house, it seems to have taken forever to get this far. Yes I know its only an offer, but the buyers surveyor is booked for next week, the buyer says hes good for the money and we've agreed a sale price way under valuation, our solicitor reckons that she can have the sale completed in 4 weeks, so now my heads really swimming with a million and one things to do.....sell car, cancel policies, inform schools, et, etc, etc, the list is endless.

I thought the worst part would be the visa application and the hoops you have to jump through to get the visa, life just seems to be getting worse.

Please, all you already in oz that have been through this, tell me it gets better..............
