You can change the clock on the PC by an hour and everything will fall into place. However you also have to stop your PC clock automatically resyncing. The other alternative is to change your timezone to one that is an hour ahead. The NSW/Vic timezone problem last year could have been solved that way. I didn't bother downloading the fix - I just changed my clock and stopped it automatically synching over the net.
