Hi all,
We fly out to Perth with a 3 day stopover in singapore TODAY at 6.30pm.
havnt managed to get on here much these last couple of weeks due to being totally hectic and not having enough hours in the day......thats why its 4.15am and i've only just finished packing the cases...
im a mixture of nerves and excitment right now, but cant wait to get there....just have to get over the flying bit with two children
Thanx to everyone on BE, you've given us the answers to every question we've needed to know, and through this site we've already made a few friends who i cant wait to meet in Perth..
will let you know how we are getting on as soon as poss.

Good luck guys, I hope the flight goes ok with the kids........ just keep thinking of your end destination and it'll be worth a bored moments for the kids!

Good Luck and have a great trip.
You were one of the very helpful people when I first peeked on BE who gave me confidence to apply even with kids with medical conditions.
Hope you have a marvellous life in Oz. Hope you keep us informed on how you get on in Oz.

HI EVERYONE,
Thanks everyone for your kind wishes. We are sat here in lovly singapore reading them all.
Well i never thought the flight could have been so great as we were dreading 12+ hours with the kids BUT it was really good. would def recommend singapore airlines 6.30pm out of heathrow. we had somethin to eat, watched a film and then 10.15 lights out and we woke up at 5.15 for breakfast...7.20 off the plane(2.20pm sing time)......bloody fantastic....crew were really friendly too.....
well our few days break is almost at an end, well needed after the stress of the last few months, and we fly 2nite to Perth.....(the few tears i shed on monday are now forgotten and we are ready to face the challenge of starting a new life in Perth....
Good luck to those coming soon and those still waiting, will let you know how we are getting on. hopefully be signing in again soon.....

I had 5 kids on the singapore airlines flight 4 of them under 4.
It wasn't so bad, the staff are great!!!
