I've been on this forum since about Feb 2003 ( :scared: ) and this type of post comes around time and time again.
Some people dont want their dreams shattered by what others think of Australia but everyone has the right to voice their opinion (to some degree!) So be prepared to listen to everything without spouting off if you disagree Everyone has to cut the next person a bit of slack, thats life. ;) Take in what people say about a place, then when you get there you can make up your own minds...from experience. :) Thats the only way you'll know the truth |

Meet ups were but a far distant thing of the future. Karma ! karma !you got to be joking karma pah!!. 18 months - 2 years wait for visa's(now you can image how strained things got).
