welding courses qld
My OH is looking for a MIG welding course to complete, preferably one that can be done in a week rather than on a saturday over 2/3 weeks.
He already has other codes, but he is looking to add this one to his collection.
Can anyone advise of any places in qld that do this and one that is starting in the not to distant future.
TAFE in Cairns has one, but not starting til July.
Thanks
edit: mods can I please ask that this is kept in this forum in case anyone knows something who doesnt happen to be a welder themselves.
thank you

Can't find much Kaye but may be worth asking these people.
Doesn't seem to be any course or training dates on the website.

Pop in to your local BOC Gases or give them a call and ask to speak to the Welding Process Specialist

Hi Bobby. Mackays taken a bit of a hit as well because of the Bowen Basin coal fields. BHP, bma etc are all tightening their belts and the trickle is being felt all the way into town. I'm replenishing buckets so we seem to ok for now but I wouldnt like to be a non-tradie looking for a job.
