Red face Welder Information

Does anybody know any contact info or good websites for welders moving to the Perth area? Also what is the average wage for a welder in this area?

you may struggle if you just type in Welder for a search. Most welders are called boilermakers over here and generally have fabrication skills as well. so try typing that in for job searches as you should have more luck

All the best

Hi
We're in victoria but have mate who moved to Perth who is welder same as Kev, in June had 3 job offers, not sure of wage! Kev has been to agencies but locals here have advised approach companies direct take in cv which we have done today (only been here a week) good response, guess the same goes for Perth. We went through Yellow Pages in Engineering firms and phoned them. Hope all goes well apparently they are crying out for tradesmen! Will let you know how it goes, so laidback here maybe today maybe tomorrow!
Cheers
Nicky and Kev
