Weight watchers yoghurts
I have a question - where can I buy WW fromage frais/yoghurts? Tried Coles and Woolies.
Another thing - I am vegetarian and I noticed that a lot of ice creams and yoghurts have halal gelatine in them. So I can't eat them. Also, I bought some plain youghurt the other day from Woolies and the sell by date on that was 10/06/07!!!!
So, now everything gets checked before it goes in my shopping basket.

Thanks everyone. I will try the Soya frozen yoghurt. I like soya products anyway. And if they are low in fat, even better.

Have you checked the ingredients on the WW yogs? I don't buy them in the UK coz am a veggie and they have gelatine in! Or am I mistaken?
Hope you enjoy trying all the suggestions people have posted!
And good luck with your weight loss and maintenance - I've lost a stone of baby weight with WW and got another stone to go!

Re: Weight watchers yoghurts
Thanks everyone.
I found Jalna yoghurt, apparently free of all additives, etc. I quite like the taste of that.
I didn't know that WW yoghurts had gelatine I never think of youghurts having anything other than cultures and milk as my mum always mad her own yoghurt everyday. I should give that a try and that I know that it is safe for me to eat.
Another thing... someone told me yesterday that some animal products are used in wine! Is that true? I can understand that they might in red wine but what about white wine? I hardly drink but the odd glass of wine once every couple of weeks is enjoyed by me. Enlighten me, someone, please.
