We are on our way....at last!!!!!
Managed to do something with our UK property, we have rented it out for 12 months and therefore enabling us to make the move to Perth at last!!
Only problem ...we need to be out fof the property for Sept 8th...oh well...at least it is a nice problem.
Not ideal solution but takes the headache away for 12 months though and we will probably get more for it when we do sell it.
Good luck to all those waiting on the house sale.
