We have had three viewings!!!!
Cant believe it that we have had three viewings this weekend after getting another agent on board last week :scared:
Our origional agent is struggling to get viewings
The first viewing went well and they loved the house (dont they all say that?), the second viewing, well, they did not seem too interested but the third viewing was by far the best but who knows.
Just waiting for a call from our agent for some feedback.

All the best - This is the first weekend since the house went on the market we have not had to do the wretched task of preparing it for a viewing, as we accepted an offer this week

good luck, we have had ours on since March and got offer of full asking price in May so every thing was on hold. Got call from our agent in sept to say the couple had split up so now back to square one, anyone help. Is it silly to go with another agent and have several boards or does that look like your desperate

Ours isn't on the market as yet as we've still got a fair way to go with our application.

I totally agree it is sooooooo stressful, infact when I look back it was the most stressful time of my life!
Its all worth it in the end though and it makes you appreciate getting here even more!

Its a nightmare isn't it
out of the whole migrating process I found moving by far the most stressful!All the best and hope you sell very soon

We are trying to think positive and being strong, but it doesn't half knock you back when we cant sell the house.
Just hope that it wont be too long now before we live our dream
