We all packed!!!!
and ready to move into our own house round the corner at tomorrow 
Haven't been around too much lately as been busy with Christmas, visitors, moving and a life!! Just to say we are very settled here, rolling into our 7th month now and so looking forward to having our own home again. At least that way we can put hooks in the walls, without having to worry about getting our bond money back....should be interesting!!
If anyone wants a fab real estate person in Perth, I have to recommend Pete Duguid of Professionals in Joondalup and Kylie of Foreshore Settlements as they have been amazing and made it a stressfree transaction, credit where its due
Anyway onwards and upwards, things have pretty much fallen into place for us now, Graham has been working since we arrived after a small holiday for him, I have been doing some work from home (have a small shop on ebay which pays me pocket money and keeps me out of mischief, well not that much out of it ), note to self must get back to organising nights out for Perth Ladies as need to top the pole dancing, collar & cuffs and adult party!! Oliver starts kindy when the schools go back, bless him he's dying to wear his uniform.............he'll make an officer in the Royal Marines yet (well def if my brother has anything to do with it!!)
Have to say big thanks to all the people we have met here so far, too many to mention, from this site plus others too, the friendliness has been overwhelming at times, although the saying is you get back what you put in, also to those I haven't met in person but have made friends with via this site.....cheers guys and all the best to those heading out, may seem a bit daunting to begin with but give it time, put in some effort and reap the benefits.
