I presume Dave you front loaded your app. That too is always a risk but what's life without taking a few risks eh?

We had our PCCs done in Feb and our medicals done in March but they haven't been sent off yet. Might wait until requested as it should only be a couple of weeks off.
Best of luck mate.
we planned to have every thing ready to go then when have an offer front load with meds anc pc's just hope it all falls into place

It is generally 12 months from the PCC or med whichever was earliest. Some people with med problems have to validate within six months. The whole lot of you have to validate within the stated time on the visa but you can obviously then come back to sort things out this end before making the final move within the five year period.

I did a quick search on Google and found this link

http://www.zdnet.co.uk/specials/wifimap/

but there are other sites as well. Should also tell you all you need to get connected etc.

Moneypen20 is right, and has saved me having to reply to that question. Thanks Moneypen20.

Sold ours on ebay the week before "D" day, got the fella to agree to pick it up the day we had to be off site, worked a treat and all we had left was our suitcases and carrier bag of cash.
The only problem we found was finding a site which let you stay longer than usual, I think if you are a caravan club member you are allowed upto 28 days per site, we paid over the odds to a site owner and he let us stay for almost 3 months, but so did others on the rally field, one going to spain, 1 going to france and the road maintenance guys.
