WA Driving Worry!
Just been reading about speed limits for drivers still on P plates (I passed my test in the UK April 2002, so still on probation until next year in WA). Took the theory test today and my new WA licence is in the post.
Am I subject to an 80kmph speed limit? Wasn't mentioned at the test centre.

Ah ha, found the driving law for WA:
"While on P plates you may only drive at maximum speed of 110 km/h, where posted speed limits allow."
Damn, I was hoping to be a Sunday driver for a while longer.

Yeah and i think it will be only in country areas that you can do 110 , on freeway here its top of 100 . I thought p platers had to drive at a speed below the limit !!!! Probably wrong .
