Hi,

I have just moved from Queensland to Perth and I am trying to sort out a new budget. Does anyone know where I can find information on how much car rego is in WA, or alternatively how much annual rego is for a hilux and a commodore over here? Ive googled but not had much luck!

You will have to work it out via this form
example
Total vehicle licence fee on a 1 tonne vehicle
$199.85

with 3rd party ins. to be added + fees, etc.

our 1.6 tonne SUV worked out at $520 - private use

add approx $100 if used for business.

We have a hilux ute, have just paid the rego which was $523.75 for 12 months ($608.15 for business). Also have a Fairmont, which would have a similar rate to a Commodore I would think, that rego was $520.15.

Thanks guys that was really helpful, and rego appears a bit cheaper over here in WA compared to Queensland!
