Is there such a thing as virtual body odour, some kind of electronic antisocial dosorder, I only ask as I have e-mailed no less than 23 different estate agants requesting hoilday rental information and so far how many have replied............4!!!!

There are two particular agents that have exactly what we are looking for and so they have been sent 4 e-mails eachso far.........zilch!!

Are they all scooping up such vast amounts they dont have to bother replying to potential costomers or have I somehow pissed them off without realising it? or are they always this useless???

They probably don't know how to work the e-mail

If you're talking about Australian agents, you are probably doing better than average. Most of them are truly awful, do as little as possible and in the Sydney area at least treat you like something the dog dropped.

I only tried 3 estate agents and was lucky enough to get 2 replies (both negative) but wonder if they are a good way to find holiday rentals. One said the cheap rental I wanted wasn't available but gave me a link to a website showing expensive places.
