My family would like to move to Australia but we do not reach the criteria for skills because I am 47.
Age also excludes us from family sponsorship ( my wife has a brother and sister who are Australian Citizens)
Getting information from agencies is difficult and conflicting.
can anyone help?

Is it possible to visit Australia and get work?
Does this have to be employer sponorship?
How long can one stay?
and any other information may be helpfull.
