Visa's on the way!!!
Just thought I'd pass on our good news! Agent e-mailed to say that the CO is going to grant our visa's she just needs to be sure we are going before March which is a good job as we had already took the risk and booked the flights for New Years Eve!!!

let me be the first to say 'congratulations'
i remember you posting saying that you had booked your flights already, and i thought....OMG!!! :scared:
....but, it has turned out well for you.
if that had been us, the visa would have probably come in 2007...lol!!

)[/QUOTE]Kept asking for extra information, phone numbers to contact people etc. Agent had no idea why, said it was very unusual!! Maybe they thought we were a bit suspect - we did take the passport photo's in a bit of a rush - had to take 6 of us before the kids got bored!!!!
Came up smelling of roses in the end though!!

Not that we know of! They didn't even wait for hard copies in the post, they granted our visa's on scanned copies. It definately did the trick 'cos we were bloody petrified!

Yeah I suppose we should do a timeline thing but we're just not that organised! Anyway we front loaded our applications which went in beginning of July, got a CO on 24 Oct and heard today! So the last bit was really quick!
Yeah I'm a northerner and I'm dead nosey!
