Visa options
Hi All
Hope you can help.
As some background I am a British national married to an Australian (who also has a British passport) with two kids 6 & 7 who have dual nationality.
As a family we are currently based in the Middle East (previously we were in the UK) and have been working out here for the last 5 years or so. Unfortunately my role was made redundant and we are now looking at making our move to Australia.
We need to make this move quite quickly, however I have no visa to work and remain in Australia. I understand I can apply for the Spouse visa however this seems to take upto 6 months.
We would rather not go back to the UK whilst applying for this visa as we do not want to disrupt the kids with too many moves.
Any hints and tips of the best way to tackle this and whether there is a process where we can move to Australia quickly and gain the relevant visa for me in the quickest possible time would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Re: Visa options
Were you not happy with the replies you received when you asked the same question two months ago?

Re: Visa options
Answers are exactly the same as before. You could have been two months into your processing by now. You can't do this any more quickly than the regular processing times, there is no fast track system for Australian visas.
