We sent our app off in Oct. and they've requested some more info, we're waiting for one document and then we'll send it, our meds and pcc's have been cleared.
We are looking at Carramar or maybe down Rockingham way, we have distant relatives in Wellington, so we may check that out too. We have 3 kids, so we'ld like to have them begin school at the beginning of the third term which is July 24 or 25 I believe instead of part way through a term if possible, but who knows, it's a lot to get sorted out, work, a good area, good schools, good shopping, good shopping and more good shopping!!!! haha. Have you been to Perth before? We've never been, but I've heard good things about carramar from people on this site, so it's on our short list.

We are using an Agent and providing the TRA say yes the Visa App is ready !!

We too are going on a 136, sent our visa app last September too, our agent says there is a major delay, and probably looking at getting our visa's in August.

Melissa - I guess it depends if your skills are on the MODL list or not. If they are, then I think it is taking 6 months, if not, then they are taking 9 months to a year. This should all be on your letter of acknowledgement though, what did your letter of acknowledgement say?

hi karen,we sent ours middle of december,had meds done January (unrequested).we aren't impatient yet as it seems like lots more seem to be waiting a long while so we will just try and keep busy sorting out other things in the meantime.had a big sort ot with my clothes today,sent them to the charity shops.un fortunately i may need to go shopping for more clothes soon.x Irishbloo
