Hello to all,

Could some one tell me -after visa 457 is issued ,within what period of time one is expected to arrive in Australia?

There is no first entry period on a 457 visa. However your employer will generally want (and DIMIA will expect) you to start work in a short period of time.

If you're going to Tasmania, why are you not going for a permanent visa such as RSMS?
People on 457 visas encounter lots of problems and hassles.
