Video plugin for Skype
Just to advise Skype users that there is now a free video plugin that allows you to video conference when using Skype, check out http://www.video4im.com/ I have used it for a couple of weeks now & it works quite well (tested on Broadband only).

I had a look at it and it was ok - I prefer a Skype audio/MSN webcam combo
