Default video for back home

My family in UK want us to do a video to show at mum and dads golden wedding party, i just cant do it, i just burst into tears all the time.
Im crying now just thinking about it.
I really want to, i get myself composed, then floods of tears.
how do you do it.

I would spend some time just thinking about it and working through the emotion. When you feel that you've got over the worst part of the emotional angst, pick up your camera....

Can you get a friend to do the camera work 'inconspicuously' while you go about your business normally?

Use a home computer to edit the final video, taking out the stuff that may upset your parents.
