Hello, I need some advice before I start the process of applying for visas and registration. I have completed the points test for the skills migration visa and have enough points. What I would love to know is, would it be quicker if I go to Victoria and do the whole process out there? Has anyone done this or is it impossible to do?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'go to Victoria and do it from there' because you need a visa of some sort before you set foot in Australia!
However, the bottom line is that it won't be any quicker applying from within Australia, unless you can get some kind of sponsorship - sponsored visa can be a bit quicker.
