is there anyone out there that has set an assessment with vetasses last december for bricklaying. My hubby is sitting his in April in Accrington, but very nervous as he has never sat an exam in his life.

Hi first post on this site. My OH is also a bricklayer & just missed the Dec practical. Our agent is chasing Vetassess for the date for the April practical. Payment was taken on 23rd January so hoping to hear something this week. reading posts on here a lot of carpenters have their date already but no mention for bricklayers.

hi all new to this site too been lurking for a while and gained lots of good info. hubby is a time served builder of 21 years, we just getting everything in place to send off to vetassess so hopefully hubby will be in for next assessment whenever that is. so will watch with interest to see what the practical involves.

Good luck with your paper application. I think the next practical's are July, so you should have plenty of time. Just double checked & Vetassess actually took our payment on 9th Jan:curse:I know it's not a race but this long wait is so frustrating!
