Validating Visas?

Validating Visas?
Me (37), Michael (34), and 4 kids (13, 11, 6 and 2 years old).
Can anyone inform us as to who would need to validate the PR visas if we went for a holiday.
Michael thinks its just the adults ie. me & him.
What age do children become adults?
Would some of the kids need to go too?
I would have thought that we would all need to go to stamp our passports.
Obviously the right information would save us a £ or 2!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance,
Shona x

Re: Validating Visas?
Short answer - all the family (main applicant, spouse and children) must validate
visas before the 'first entry date'

Re: Validating Visas?
Hi Jeremy and all, On the subject of Validating visas, we arrived in Brisbane on
Saturday and was wondering what is supposed to happen with the validation? We just
had our passports stamped at the normal passport desk, (couldn't see any special desk
for this purpose) and ushered through passport control. Is this correct, have the
visa's now been validated? Dean, Karen and Jayden (Now sunning ourselves in
Kingscliff, NSW)

Re: Validating Visas?
You use the normal passport desk. There's no special ceremony involved
