Hi all,
I am on my way for 163er,State territory sponsorship Business Owner(Provisional) Visa.
I got the State/Territory Sponsorship last week,so now I am preparing the documents for the DIMIA,Australia.
Does anybody know about the financial statements,if these need to be audited or not for the DIMIA stage?

If you check out this link, there are a load of 163ers (relatively speaking). May take you a while to get through it, so maybe just ask the question. It was ages since we applied, so I can't really remember, We sent copies of audited accounts if this is what you mean, which state are you going to? My guess would be Perth? What business are you in? Reply on the link if you want, I get updates to that anyway.

Expect the Business Skills Processing Centre to want to see accounts signed off by a duly qualified independent accountant.

Remember also that the last set of accounts will need to be prepared to a date that is within 3 months of the date the visa application is lodged at the DIMA.
