Lany is on a distinguished road

Ours came with a dryer (no washing machine!), air con unit, cooker and gas hob, floor to ceiling blinds in living room (which are really gross!), built in wardrobes in both bedrooms.

Thanks guys,

Looks like I'll be bringing over everything but the kitchen sink (and oven), actually no-one's mentioned the kitchen sink

Typical of a housing bubble just before it bursts is when rents start coming down quite significantly.

Supply & demand - all those buy-to-let investors.

I just read this quote
Although property growth is still apparent in some areas outside Sydney and Melbourne, inner city apartment prices in these two cities are falling.

Most tenants, although not all, seem to take whatever advantage they can.

We are renting our flat in the UK out and leaving fridge, cooker, washing machine, lawnmower, television, video, DVD(cos the packers forgot to pack it! ) hoover and so on.

For all the electrical items we have put a note on the inventory that once they go wrong that is it - the tenants have to get their own.

If they break them they have to replace them ( so any boots through televisions etc!)

Glad it's not just me!

Are we both just naive?
