Uncompleted form80..This matters?
Dear all,
I've just lodged my papers to ASPC but did not include form80...would this mean an incomplete application?
I'v sent all supporting docs by the way....Just missed furnishing them form80..
I just thought all info they might need is in 47sk..
Appreciate if anyone could enlighten me on my concern.
Thanks guys.
Regards,
Cutie

They will still accept your application but you will need to provide a form 80 later on. Wait until you have a file number, then send it.
And note that *all* adult applicants must complete an individual form 80.
