Unaccompanied Boxes - Australian Address
Hi !
After being told that Singapore Airlines charge £33 per kilo in excess baggage, I have booked and teken delivery of the equivalent of 5 suitcases from Excess baggage (thanks to this forum
) which will cost £300 door to door.
I have a contact in the Live In Canberra team who has agreed for me to have the boxes delivered to the offices in Canberra. However, I am having problems understanding how to fill in the AQIS "Unaccompanied Personal Effects Statement"......
1. Do I put the delivery address as my residential address on the form ?
2. Do I put my contact's details in the "Clearing your personal effects" part of the form ??
Can anyone please advise ??? We simply want to send some incidental stuff (toys, bedclothes etc) to get by until the rest of the stuff arrives......
