Ah yes, good point - travel sick pills! You can get dramamine or similar for kids over 2 so there shouldnt be a problem finding something to keep the ickies at bay!

Quantas I've never used, Singapore and Malaysia were both excellent and went out of there way to be helpful. Travelling on Malaysia was the best, my ds had a really bad nose blood on one trip and they were just fantastic and very helpful.
Emirates I wasn't impressed with, I travelled with the children on my own thru Dubai and had accommodation sorted out for a 5 1/2 lay over, put it this way it was a nightmare travelling with two extremely tired children to a hotel for such a short time. I am for ever grateful to the Glaswegian who came to my aid and helped me look after the chidren in a airport full of bodies draped everywhere.
One other factor to take into consideration is the seat pitch on offer by all airlines it can varify quite considerably.
I am booked to fly back in June with Royal Brunei, the price of the flight was the deciding factor and I will pass judgement once I have experienced the flight!
