hi, do uk televisions work in australia, we have a panasonic viera.

Yes mate it will work, but the picture will be upside down.

It will only the be the Tuner part that doesnt work, if indeed it doesnt. An add on Tuner box. (Freeview box in UK speak I think) Is less than 50 bucks now.

Bloody hell that's good. Wish I'd known, we bought a new tv for the bedroom about a year ago, It's ok, a Sony, but not that much cheaper than a grand and definitely not as good as the Viera. I was stuck at home unable to get about and he was in a rush to get one.
