Did anyone see the story on tv the other night? A bloke called Cleeve and his European Land Sales ripping off Aussies.
I rang the channel and they gave me this website www.stephencleeve.com
Watch out. Apparently, Cleeve's a known conman back home.

Okay, Cleeve himself may look like the ultimate crook, but most of the people conned by his ELS (European Land Sales) were conned by Cleeve's salespeople - some of whom are articulate and seem credible.
Why do we make fun of the victims of con artists? Is it because it somehow makes us feel clever because we did not get caught?
There but for the grace.....

Yes, okay, maybe I am a bit sensitive. Conmen like Cleeve really do a lot more damage in our society than most people realise and victims of these cons need support. White collar crime ruins so many lives. I want to send a message to this Cleeve and tell him that he makes me ashamed of my country. Didn't we stop sending our convicts to Oz!!
