Default UK nurse wanting to move to Australia

Hi, I'm a UK nurse looking to take a working holiday in Australia. I would like to work in a busy city/hospital somewhere. Can anyone reccomend where in Australia to go?

A working holiday visa is pretty easy to get.....registration with AHPRA is more complicated....you can not work unless you have registration and a licence to practice in Australia...sort them out first.
