Only free buses are those mentioned in CBD (busy when I've used them too).
Parking spaces vary, some you pay for some you don't. You don't pay at most of the shopping centres etc.

Pb doesn't post any more as he hasn't got a job over here !! He only used to use this site when he was sitting at 'work' all day

It would be like something out of the Simpsons with the bus thing. Mine would pass as bart no problem, come to think of it Marge & Homer are not too far removed from us either!!
I'v seen kids on the normal bus and having to pay, so I dunno - haven't been on a bus here yet. Something to look forward to.
