We looked at this development a few months ago (June) a friend of ours had bought an ocean access block for @ 500k, we were intrigued as to what was on offer given the fact that ocean access blocks in our neck of the woods usually start at 750K. Since looking at the development which was then predominately unbuilt we have noticed that this developemtent has received a good report in a property investor magazine. Still a significant amount of money though................

The guy from Multiplex that I met showed me some canal front homes that he has just sold for $1.2m. They're nice but not my cup of tea. Most of Bluewater is still unbuilt. In the part that I've bought in, 80% of the investors are from WA.

Glad it all worked out....and look forward to seeing you when its built!
So far we like Cairns a lot....cant keep the kids out of the "lagoon" and with the public gas barbies there most fridays I pick up the OH ant we eat down there while the kids have a swim!
We're off for the "obligatory" reef visit this weekend as its one of the kids birthdays....and we even got offered a "locals" discount! not bad for being a "local" for 4 weeks!
Anyway hope all goes well for you.

What was the locals discount by the way... just curious. I am glad that some companies offer this.
